I think it's pretty obvious that it's a trial. Mayeb you could just tell people to open their eyes! No, seriously if it's not working change it. Janet is right that there is a lot competing for attention and that's the problem most likely. Also that the Free to Try text is right beside the red star so the star takes attention away from it.

Well, it isn't so much that I love the graphic, but it is the most attention getting graphico the page. That is where you want your hook to be... 2 uploads free...1.99 each additional.

Thanks for the feedback. I am in the process of having some changes done to the homepage so that is why I posted this question. I will be changing the graphics and removing that hideous red star graphic. I never liked it. I don't know what I was thinking. LOL!

Hopefully, that will tone down the homepage a bit so the 'free' part will stand out more. I may consider changing the wording somehow as well. Maybe 'Click here for your free trial' or something like that.

What you could do is move the Free to Try bit into the red graphic and see if people fotice it more there. I think part of the problem is lack of unity on the front page - everything is competing for attention so it's hard to focus on the part that has the cost explained.
