    <title>I am just getting into CSS...</title>

    <description> &lt;p&gt;CSS is definantly the way to go...  I just started redesigning our web page using it.  Use the graphics as background images in your div layers.  You can make the repeating part only one pixel wite and repeat it along the x-axis.  I did the same thing with my site...  efoxiv.com.  I used one going along the X and one along the Y.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am still new to CSS... but so far I love it...  I have never had control like this before except using Flash...  but that is not a good solution to any web page.&lt;/p&gt;
