    <description> &lt;p&gt;that error is from you editing your file and it having to include a file that is not there.  It is giving you the absolute URL (the entire path), as opposed to a relative URL, which is why it looks strange.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has it worked before?  If not, then chances are there is something mis configured.  If it has, then you simply forgot to download the file.&lt;/p&gt;
