    <description> &lt;p&gt;Or if you want people from your own site to be able to click on a link to them, but not allow others to post the same link, you can write a PHP program that checks the referer to make sure it came from your own site. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However you will want to let people know that this is in place in case they either by choice have referers disabled, or they run virus software that blocks referers.&lt;/p&gt;
