I would look at some sites for the very basics of Dreamweaver, and then just learn by doing. There aren't that many features, and if you just play around with the program you can probably figure most things out. Just come up with an idea for a site, and then try to build it. That way, you'll eventually figure out all the nooks and crannies of the program, and you'll be doing something productive (and potentially profitable ) in the process.

dreamweaver,cold fusion, fireworks, flash mx
thats a lot to learn, and probably a sure fire way to fry your brain.
Pick one and learn it, then move on to another. Do a beginners course as Magnolia suggests or live on google.com (or any other search engine) and above all practice, practice, practice and practice some more.

good luck

i found loads of useful and easy-to-follow tutorials, about everything there is to do with computers, here: http://www.tutorilaized.com. Loaning books from your local library on the subject will also help you get the basics, so that you can then advance further undr your own steam. Alternatively, you could look into webdesign/dreamweaver/flash etc. magazines, i know that these have probably been the most helpful things for me to learn.

Hope you find something useful!

Best way I found to learn dreamweaver was to do a course. I did one and then, once I knew the basics I could advance myself from web searches. There is loads of stuff out there but you need to know the basics first - that goes for any program really.
