Don't feel stupid, we all make mistakes. Mistakes means we're learning and often not to make the same again

Feel very stupid, but I had not put the needed script on the home page that tells FreeFind to scan the links that it finds on it. As long as the other pages have links to it on that page it will scan all of the other pages.

Each page should be listed on everypage, is called navigation.
Like at the very top of this page, next to the search there is control panel, help, rules, members ... You need to have a fixed navigation on everypage, I have never used freefind but if it follows links then it should be fine.
Really you shouldn't need a program to tell you your own keywords, your keywords are descriptive words for you content.

Another way is a sitemap, a sitemap is just a page linked off every other page that includes or rather lists links to every page of your site

My pages are not on different domains....they each have a unique/different url....ie http....yahoo.....pageone.html http....yahoo...pagetwo.html etc, then I link them together by html on the page....if you are on page one, you click on the button to go to page two which is not the same url as page one ( noted above )....I'm asking if there is a way that I am not aware of if all your pages are put together so that when something searches your entire website it will search all your pages, not just the home page.

The FreeFind search will only display pages from one URL - why are your pages all on different domains?
