(A) the copy of the Software on the portable or home computer (i) is not used at the same time as the copy of the Software on the primary computer and (ii) is used by the primary user solely as allowed for such version or edition (such as for educational use only), (B) the copy of the Software on the portable or home computer is not installed or used after the time such user is no longer the primary user of the primary computer on which the Software is installed, and (C) the Software was not licensed under a volume discount.

The next version of Macromedia studio should do as it has been bought up by Adobe - dunno about the current version

Installed many Microsoft products and I have never seen a one time use product key. Some of MS's Academic products like Office can be installed on 3 machines as per the licensing agreement.

Adobe isn't generally very generous with their software when they could afford to be. This is one exception.

Yeah that's one thing I applaud Adobe for doing. I have my copy installed on my laptop and desktop.

Nevermind, got it. http://www.adobe.com/activation/faq.html

Quote: May I use the software on more than one computer at a time?

The activation process supports installation on two machines. The Adobe product license agreement allows the primary user to install the product on a primary computer and also on a home or laptop computer for his or her use, provided that the two copies are not used simultaneously. While the activation process supports installing and activating Adobe software on two machines, the usage of the product on the second computer is restricted to the user who licensed the software. Allowing others to use a second copy of the software violates the product license agreement.
