    <description> &lt;p&gt;Are you setting more then one ISP for your email program..if so...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only thing I have encountered is some ISP don&#039;t like different outgoing mail servers so you may want to try setting all outgoing mail servers to be the same ISP.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;m afraid to say, it actually might be your ISP.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Find out your ISP&#039;s smtp mailservers and ask your clients to use them instead of the real mailservers. This might help.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If your clients are getting problems when they are using a webmail system, then obviously the problem is not ISP.&lt;/p&gt;
