Wordpress, can be modified to anyway you like, theres a bunch of others out there like phpnuke, etc. you could check and search out what you need at hotscripts.com&lt;/p&gt;

found a web host with netfusion8 and web builder included, not too dear either!&lt;br /&gt;
se rankings r another concern from using different methods (but i&#039;ve put another post 4 that)&lt;br /&gt;
know gud bit of html, learing more as req not a prob.&lt;br /&gt;
I dont expect to have it done by next week!! (although wud b nice)&lt;/p&gt;
