    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yes if you are just doing colours. Layout changes require editing of files in OSCommerce because it still uses tables (at least my version of oscommerce.)&lt;/p&gt;

Admittedly, it was a very customised template with a lot of moving around of elements but still, I found it difficult. I think I had to edit every single file.&lt;/p&gt;
