First of all, your company info page was pretty hard to find!

The main thing it's missing is company references. I don't know if it's a new venture for you but if you do have some nice quotes, get them up there!

A lot of people try and be overly corporate, but it isn't always a bad idea to have a personal message, something along lines of you started TicketNet Online through frustration of high prices not being justified by an impersonal, poor service from similar companies.

As you aware, you have thousands of competitors are out there, you need to be different. SEO and online promotion (viral campaigns, targeted ads) are going to have to a must for you to have a chance of succeeding.

I'm working on a new design, hope to finish with it till next week.
Regarding the SEO It's a new field for me and I'm learning how to optimize the site.

The security issue is the thing that bothers me the most. I can see every day visitors that entering the "company info" page (please view it if you can), but most of them leaving the site after they read it. Few of them making the purchase (most of them are returning visitors). The purchase is secured, you can see that during the purchase process.
Maybe I should write something different in the company info page ?

I agree with Megan there needs to be more general text in there.

Overall i think the site is a little too bare. White is dominating the page. None of the elements are a cause for concern but it just gives an unfinished impression to me. What doesn't help is that the left hand side menu goes further than the main content.

From a marketing perspective being the cheapskate i am i think there should be more shout about latest promotions, last minute deals, competitions etc. I don't think i'm alone in wanting to see some prices too?

Something which bothers me about buying tickets is that there are a lot of rip-off companies about, there should be some kind of reassuring statement near the top i think.

Other than what Megan has said on the SEO front, you need to get working on the incoming links!

Hey chicho, sorry it took so long to get around to reviewing your site. I took a look at it yesterday but didn't have time to write up a review.

I think this looks pretty good. The layout, logo, colours etc. are very nice. There's a really good balance between images and text here as well. The problem is the way some of it is done. There are a lot of things you could do to help from an SEO perspective.

First of all, make sure all headers are done with proper header tags, not with images. This way the search engines can't read the headers. Also put some explanation text at the top to say what you do and get some keywords in at the start of the page. Remember that the SE's are going to start at the top and read down. You don't have any instances of "ticket" until quite far down the page.

You could also do something with that Featured Event box to get in some more text and keywords. So something like "Get tickets to the New York Knicks basketball game" might be a good description with "New York Knicks Tickets" as the heading. You could add to the description with something about what sort of seats you can get and what the prices are.

I think on a site like this the search box should be more prominent. People are probably going to come here with a good idea of what kind of tickets they want. It should be easy for them to find it.

In general I found the site attractive and easy to use. To target the Search Engines better you'll need to make more use of HTML text, especially headers and links. Also make sure your page titles are more specific. The title of the index page is "Pay Less Enjoy More" which doesn't say anything about tickets. This is the sort of thing that is good for users and search engines.
