    <description> &lt;p&gt;Check out the Tools and Services thread at the top of this forum - that should give you a lot of ideas.  It really depends on what you want to get into - do you want to do more programming or more design? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Looking at what you have there - DW 4 is quite outdated now. It should be fine for starting out at this point but if you get into more complex layouts and CSS you&#039;ll want to upgrade.&lt;/p&gt;
