    <description> &lt;p&gt;You could position the menu over an image using css relative positioning or you could place the menu in a table cell that uses a background image.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You&#039;ll need a javascript menu. How are you with CSS positiioning? Writing html?&lt;/p&gt;
