    <description> &lt;p&gt;It looks like once you click on a new language, it changes a cookie. In PHP, you can set images/text to be conditional based on the values in the cookie. So they are probably just making the default (with no cookie) English, then if you change it, the new value is read in and the appropriate text/image is shown.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So it would definitely require some PHP coding knowledge.&lt;/p&gt;
