Yeah, but i've tested it out and it doesn't really really to have any logical way of choosing the colours, to me anyway, just seems to pick random hex codes from the graphic. it could still be useful though but i don't think i'd use it to find the scheme for a site, i think that second link someone posted - where you can choose colours that 'contrast' each other - is the most useful, after you've picked your base colour.

Color Schemer. I like the downloadable version...no need to be online, and you can pick colors from your screen no matter what you are running.

They do have an online version, and it looks like they've got a new upgrade as well.

but then I dont actually get a scheme from a photo... So it depends on the usefulness of the tool and the actual need you have...

It's pretty easy to get a colour scheme from an image just using photoshop really, simply select the ink dropper tool and mouseover the image till you find a colour on there that you like then click and use it

Yeah, I'd seen all those, and each of them has their advantage, for the most part. But none of them generate a color scheme automatically based on an image, except the one I posted. That was my reason for posting the link.
