    <description> &lt;p&gt;never managed to get it php list to work over complicated for simply sending emails out, not that I have any better suggestions. Im using word press for the site and I suppose wordpress always do a plugin that might I want to use. Wordpress does everything.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;There is one called PHPList I think it is, it&#039;s part of fantasio which can come with Cpanel. Have never used it myself, just use my own scripts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s up to you if you bother or not, if you have a lot of AOL adresses you&#039;ll be surely banned by them and all it takes is one absent minded person to report your newsletter as spam and you&#039;ll find yourself on all sorts of banned lists.&lt;br /&gt;
RSS feeds seem to be the way to go at the moment, or just use an annoucement page&lt;/p&gt;
