The copyright can be done several ways, & c o p y ; (no spaces) is the normal way but also depends on the font style as some fonts do not have symbols included.

if pages contain a lot of question marks: ????????? ????? ?????? ... then it's a langauge thing, we see the question marks but people with the language pack (usually Chinese etc) see that language.

To do the '©' is alt 0169 if anyone is interested, change the font to symbol and doing the alt 0169 will give you a heart, :Þ
