&lt;p&gt;use dreamweaver or front page to help you make better webpages. use a free template as well, then all you have to do is alter the text.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I think what you are looking for is a Content Management Sytem. There are loads of companies that do them. Personally i think they tend to be bad for SEO because a load of CSS and JavaScript is thrown into the code but i appreciate they are cheap and the only viable option for small businesses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you google &#039;Content Management System&#039; then you will find plenty of results. Macromedia have a program called Contribute which does the same thing.&lt;/p&gt;
