    <description> &lt;p&gt;Here&#039;s another case of IE making things difficult for CSS users.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When you use relative positioning for your  blocks, IE tends to place them where you don&#039;t want them.  In this case, it&#039;s putting the table following EDUCATION after the bottom of your &quot;navigation&quot;  block containing the left menu bar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My suggestion is to use absolute positioning with the content section of the page starting just to the right hand side of your left menu bar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As you mentioned, browsers that properly evaluate CSS don&#039;t have this problem.  I haven&#039;t tried your site with Firefox but it does work with Opera.&lt;/p&gt;
