    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yeah, I wouldn&#039;t call that site a good use of frames.  The only good examples I&#039;ve seen are more along the lines of help modules or indexes of some sort.  Really, there&#039;s no reason why you should need to use frames for a regular website.  If you want to fix navigation or other elements you can do that with CSS.&lt;/p&gt;
