depending on your host configuration, you might not be able to use MySQL databases which something like Php Nuke requires. If that is the case, I can reccomend CuteNews cutephp.com . This is a really simple cms that uses a php flatfile for the content. It's really easy to use and requires very little experience. This is of course depending on your host, and the size of your website. If the the site has a lot of traffic, i would suggest using a database driven CMS. You might also want to check out joomla http://www.joomla.org/ , which is a great alternative to PHP nuke.

Well I pointed him on there first incase he finds something that can be of use to him immediatelyincase also he havent read the threads that discussed about these before, leaving also my biased views of certain other CMS that I prefer, I dont want to impose on him my own choices, when I was a noob I read the whole thread first before interacting, so Incase he needs explaining about the choices he made, he can still come back here and ask for help...

Wey, Darrel. Welcome to the forums.

I run coolcollecting.com where among other things, I have DVD reviews. Personally, I use PHPNuke to run them. PHPNuke is pretty robust and has a lot of other features you might not use, but it would definitely handle movie reviews.

PHPNuke is an open source CMS, and is available here: http://phpnuke.org/

BTW, demonhale, telling someone to go to hotscripts dot com is almost as bad as answering every question with "Check Google." While some might not know about the site, it's generally a lot more helpful (especially for newbies) if you suggest a specific script. You and I are probably a lot more used to hotscripts than they are, and can find some of the more highly rated scripts pretty quick to point them to.

Just my $0.02, though.
