The banner is too BLURRY get a better banner your template is a bit childish dont you think, maybe i better style huh ???

That banner image is way to blurry, the pencils should be sharp at the tip at least then feathered back.
To green for me, green IMO doesn't express arty. That green reminds me of doctors in an operating room wearing their scrubs.

You mention the side bar is missing, could be why the content doesn't fit the box in mozilla

Thanks for the input, both of you. I'm going to leave the template as it is for now so I can begin putting together all of the technical stuff. I know what I need to fix once I'm finishing it up though.

Yeah, I did that in the CSS for a reason, but now that I'm finished with it I can take that out. And I'm going to clean up my HTML and add a DOCTYPE soon.
