I think your main image is on a layer isn't it? IE and Firefox put it in different places. I'm afraid my CSS skills are zero but maybe someone can help you out? If it was in its own cell in a table (don't shoot me!) then it would look ok.

It's pretty good. The banner is a bit bland. Maybe some bits of screenshots up in the top or something, just to make it look a bit more professional.

Also, I noticed when I navigate to different pages, the navigation doesn't stay there. This is really a hassle because now your visitors will have to go back home before going to a different page, and for people on a low-speed connection may not have the time (or patience) to do so.
