The &quot;mailto:&quot; command just opens the default e-mail client on the users computer. The Browse button uploads files. They really don’t work together.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &quot;mailto:&quot; command is bad practice anyway. Most people use web mail of some kind and don’t use a e-mail client.&lt;/p&gt;
