Ok, well after looking at your source code, since it is using Yahoo's script to process your form, I would recommend you first ask them what is available.

Is this your site, someone you are doing work for, or just something you are freely helping on?

How many people do you have commited to spending the time to update your site daily with vehicles? That would be a big concideration into how much time and effort you want to put into learning how to do your site the right way.

I'm not saying this to be mean, just being realistic on time/effort spent comparted to what you are expecting back. Based off the "Contact Us" form you have, if your form for them to submit car information is just as, well i don't know what word to use here, just that it appears to be a "my first web page" type of form, I wouldn't expect many to want to spend the time updating.

What type of discounts do you get for saying your site refered me?

I'm not sure I'm clear on what you mean. You want a form where users would be able to submit their photos and then the photos would be sent to you by email? Why not just ask them to email them as attachments? That might be easier for you right now. With the tools you're using it might be difficult to do anything more complex.

How are they sending you their inventory?
