    <description> &lt;p&gt;I tried creating so it was integrated basicly with cPanel..     <description> &lt;p&gt;exec()/system() should work if you are not running php in safe mode&lt;br /&gt;
another idea is to write the adduser commands to a file, and run crontab each minute to execute the file&lt;/p&gt;
