Wow, Thank you all so much for your response,
(I was able to find someone to help me in the SBI Forum.Site Build It),
This is how my page is looking at this point...

If anyone could look at the html in this page, I woul appreciate that so much, I cannot seem to see the naigation itn there <> that is needed, and the right column still seems to pull up when in a browser.

If it makes your day slightly better, less than 0.25% of people who visit your site will use Netscape Navigator, so don't worry about making compatible for that. The main ones you need to worry about are Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com), IE and Opera (Opera.com). Even then, as long as it looks the same in all of these you don't need it to validate, at least not to start with.

SBI is actually a Template input web page creator/CMS used by thos ewho want to put up a site without hiring a developer...

Hi again, Thank you,
I have my site with SBI,I chose not to use one of their templates but took the choice of uploading my own html page, pretty easy really, To intergrate all you need to do is have 3 folders at root level with the index.html page.1 each for image, media, and support files,
I have the option of having SBI looking after a left nav. bar and a bottom table of contents, finished site will be over 200 pages.so, that worked for me, they say to enable this just add <> to your code and that's it. I end up with < > showing on my page...?
I have 2 columns on each side of the page, that will sometimes end up at different heights at the lower bottom, is there some kind of lock I can put on it and then still have it lengthen with page if needed, both sides even??
These three things are pretty much my problems...not a pretty picture,
enough to make my brown eyes blue,
and swollen, just too sad.

Anyways there are many web developers in this forum, We cannot advertise directly our service but you could check some user profiles and see their signatures if they offer what you need... It seems that you file is in XML, I hope youll explain first what you need to do on your website, if you need a site up and running without much programming where you can post contents the way you do e-mail, you could check some Web Logging services (BLOG); check blogger.com and I think you might get what I mean...
