That's a problem because Photoshop isn't a vector format so even if you could convert it to EPS it wouldn't work properly. Most of the time print work should be done in a vector format to start with I think.

However, since you weren't aware of that before you'll have to find a work around. I had a big project printed once and a tif ouputted from photoshop worked well. Call up the print shop and talk to someone directly. They will be able to help you better than we can here.
