I have those set up at the college I maintain so that future rearangements of the site do not require changing any advertising.</p> <p>However, since the page to me, looks the same in IE as it does in firefox, I would say either they fixed the problem themselves or this is indead spam. I would recommend hiding the link until a rebuttal to this is obtained.
