Im a little confused !
The website im needing it for is http://squirms.atspace.com/index.htm (Its A Bit Rubbish At The Moment)
I want to get external text for the bit that says News.

Can i use a IFRAME in that section ?
Or is there an easyer way of doing it like just with a line of html ?

You could probably just use a textarea also and limit the size, but isn't the correct or fastest way to do it
