Two things I see...

The fish at the bottom corner is a bit strange. Secondly, the nav link text is too bold and can get hard to read.

Yeah the fish is just so out of place...both on layout and content lol

The site itself is ok, not much to grab my attention though. Maybe ad a new logo and a splash of colour...or some images (other than a fish)

That's not quite right, vibins. We have deliberatly chosen not to force members to comply with the posting agreement for various reasons. It is up to the members as to whether they want to spend their time reviewing a site from someone who has not made their own contributions.

This issue has been discussed often among the moderation team and may be revisited in the future.
