I would say first off it needs some work, you really dont need that MANY adverts. The design is quite cluttered and needs some work. It could use some graphics to help it along as well. Try to make it look unique as well, it looks to much like one of those pages that i stuble into when searching for hard stuff on google.

How did you justify even putting that logo up? I would recommend investing in some kind of image editor to create crisp graphics. For now i would convert the 'logo' to normal text. Same goes with the icons.

The major problem with your site is i don't know what it's about, the pages are just a series of thrown together ads. The 'Site Description' isn't enough, at all.

Why does it say June 2005? As datandesigns says, your menu should be opening links in the same window if they are your pages.

A lot of work needed.

The site has colour problem. There are too many banners and adverts. These banners and adverts could be distributed into other pages. The home page ought to be inviting than this site's home page is.
