It's an interesting tool, however, unless you know Google's PageRank algorithm it is just as you say, a pagerank predictor, nothing more.

My PR is screwy anyway, but at least that service ranks me evenly.

Try doing www.game-instructions.com
and then doing game-instructions.com

You'll notice that the one without the www shows a current PR of 5, whereas the other has a current of 0. Bravo on both coming up with a predicted PR of 2 though (probably about where it should be right now.)

It kept a couple of my sites the same and my new one shows 0. Hopefully the 0 will change, but the others sound right to me.
