&lt;p&gt;I can&#039;t help you on this one, but the users of your modeling site must have a some kind of video player on thier machines in order to view your files, I know that for sure.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In terms of your a file to flash converter, i&#039;m not too sure; but i think you could use JavaSript to upload the files and play them using a Windows Media Player or whatever default player they have.  Im not too sure, but there are some guidelines...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sorry for the lack of advice but file stuff is something i&#039;m not that good at.&lt;br /&gt;
