    <description> &lt;p&gt;absolutly. PHP.net has the complete online function reference and docs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The best thing about the website is that if you put a function name after the URL it comes straight up with the docs for that fuction. Just like this:&lt;/p&gt;
