    <description> &lt;p&gt;If it has to access an Access (arf arf) database then I expect you&#039;ll have to use ASP, although I would wholeheartedly discourage you from using Access as a database server it&#039;s fine for &lt;strong&gt;very&lt;/strong&gt; small applications but will fall-over as soon as you get more than about 10 concurrent users. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You need to research the subject to make more informed choices about your server-side activities.
