The yellow is a bit troublesome for the eyes. You need to work the header ... looks pixelated ... you need an image or something with the text in there, you need to solve the menu look and try to work it a bit more. So far it's too basic and bland. Keep us posted on the changes

Yellow on black is a really cool theme, especially the way you do it here. The java mouse-over box should come in over the text below the word "rock" though, because right now you can't read it at all. Bring the TrafficSwarm search box out from under the ad bar so that users don't have to scroll down so much, too. On the 'bios' page, I think you should put two pictures on a line and space them out, captioning each picture with the name of the band member. I think it would be cool if you listed the chords/music or made a sound clip of each original song too. Lastly, try to find a forum theme that matches your site colors so that it doesn't look like a whole other site. Nice job, overall and beautiful site.

i like the lay out but i agree with above i think you should change the navigation bar at the top its to small and the text is a bit well..... and yes you should remove the search box..

i like the yellow and the black that works well

I think you should change the banner and the text is right up against the yellow navigation section pad it out a bit.
also remove the search box, otherwise its great.
