So you want a script that will do this on evrey video preveiw page to save alot of codeing

Or if you want just a few pages why not just take a screen shot of your embeded video by pressing the print screen bouton on the top right of the keyboard, coppying it into paint cuting it down to size puting some writing on it or somthing then linking it to the page with your video on it.

my videos are set up so that if i dont link to them through a picture there is no preview. what i want is what is on the other site that i linked to in the post.

What exactly are you wanting it to do? Play the video in the browser instead of downlaoding it?

I may be having trouble understanding as I'm viewing your site in FIrefox, and it's layout is messed up in FF. (the large images in the middle overlap the content on the right).
