Loose the splash screen... they're really irritating and just slow down users passage into your website. Secondly, your images are all missing the alt attribute. It's essential for aiding accessibility and ensuring that people with screen readers can still navigate the site.

Here's what struck me immediately:

1. Image on front is not in the same style as the rest of the site, so it does not appear to go with the rest of the site.

2. While I like the design, the navigation menu on the left and the graphics on the right end up taking up too much room, making the frame in the middle tiny. While such frames are sometimes appropriate, and work okay in your design in my opinion, the frame is actually too small. The design needs to be tweaked so that the middle frame is bigger.

3. I understand that the guestbook is currently too wide, so it opens up in a new window. But the arcade looks like it would be find in that frame. I personally would just tweak the colors so it goes with the rest of the site and leave it in the frame.

Your middle frame can be enlarged slightly to eliminate horizontal scrolling.

I suggest you Find away to get rid of the ifame
even if you do change the color of the scroll bar people on firefox (Eg. me)wont see a diffrence
I'll try and think of a way to get rid of the i frame without destroying the look of the site and suggest it to you later

Yes i agree with karriston the scroll bars are killing the deign of this page, make em a dark color that would be great.

hmmmmmmmmm, your homepage is a little off-putting, it doesn't really suit the rest of the site.

I think that you should change the colour of the scroolbar on your frames.......like a dark blue or something.

I also agree with assassin about the mouseover effects. The make sites look professional and classy.

Other than that, it's pretty good

As Assassin said, I also hate frames, yet used them quite often. They simplify everything to a degree in which you can code without wanting to pull your hairs out.

Okay, first thing I saw was blue, and that's cool, your navigational menu is very attractive and draws a lot of attention, which is also, as fore-mentioned, good. So what do you need to fix? tags! The frames you make are too small to fit a paragraph in, and scrolling down is not the best web browsing experience ever, in fact, it's not even a good experience... Oh that's right, I went there...

So what do you work on? The tables and colour scheme, don't make them super bright blue, instead, seek a darker blue so they don't seem like attention whores. Also, the logo doesn't blend in with the rest of the site, get a font much like the one you use in the navigational menu and use that to create a new one.

That is all I have to say, besides this; are anti-search engine imps from the underworld, and you will not get your page indexed as fast as any other site without , take it from me...

I personally dispise frames, but it's very functional in your site. If you could come up with an alternative it may be for the best. I think that you should make a mouseover effect for the links on the left side of your site. I don't usually advocate gimicky things like that, but I think in this case it would be a pretty good idea. Other than that I think that everything looks pretty good.
