It was created in photoshop. I have both PSD and JPG formats. but when I say PSD i dunt meen with the layers. umm dunt care how its coded. just as long as it works fine.

Could you provide more information?

What did you create the layout in? (which program did you use, what format did you save it, or is it doodled on the back of a cocktail napkin

What kind of page are you looking for? (properly done with CSS, just anything to get it up that works, build a template for a site manager)

The more information you can provide, the more responces you will probably get.
