&lt;p&gt;That said, Oracle&#039;s SQL usage is fairly standard, so you could just write a web program yourself that at least let you run queries. A standard SQL statement like the following should work fine in your program:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DELETE FROM tablename WHERE condition;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But it looks like you don&#039;t even know what tables the records are in. Can you not just look at the code that is displaying the data and find out what table they&#039;re in? I wouldn&#039;t think an Oracle admin program would be able to tell you that either.&lt;/p&gt;
