    <description> &lt;p&gt;Hey Tim. I use CuteFTP and just checked it out for this. It seems to do what you are looking for, and perhaps you can find the same settings in yours:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; In Cute FTP, you right click on the &quot;Local Files Pane&quot; and do FILTERS. Choose &quot;Enable Filters&quot; and &quot;Enable for transfers&quot;. Then you set up your filters. When you go to upload, you right click and do Upload Special (or advanced, i closed the program lol) and then do FIltered Upload&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; The only drawback was that it recreated the directory structure, even if there were no matching files in a direcotry. But other than that, seemed to work good. &lt;/p&gt;
