If you want the stream to be live, you'll need to use a special streaming server. You might want to check out Darwin from Apple. It's open source and based on Apple's commercial software, so it's free and portable and industrial strength.

Oh, and you might also want to look into: Nullsoft's new streaming video/audio think Shoutcast but with video. Client side needs Winamp5.x+ though I think.

I need it streaming very fast , like T.V but even more important is the AUDIO.

WebcamXP sounds like it might be the right thing for me.

How streaming do you need it? What kind of user base?

The webcamXP can be placed on any website with a simple Java applet, served from a home PC.

Yea but even if I find the software , how will it get into a webpage LIVE ? with audio ? And will I need a special server to serve it , right now im using a server with unlimited bandwith is that ok ? or should I ask them before i do streaming video ? does it take up alot of webspace in MB ?

http://www.webcamxp.com/ this is a wicked program, I use it personally, can output as flash, java or javascript. Has gallery/chat/everything. Can even handle multiple video/audio streams from one PC.

All I know is you can do it thourgh java. There is software you can buy, I came across it onece. But if I recall correctly It is not cheep!!
