Yes, the template engine we're using makes dreamweaver's ftp wizardry redundant.

All the images should be there now (including the arrow-bullet.gif).

If there are any php / smarty errors remaining, please could you give me the specifics. I have walked around the site and can't see any problems from my end.

Nice site, easy to navigate only problem I saw was that it seems some of your icons are not working as I was seeing only a red-x where they should have been. arrow-bullet.gif is the one that doesn't seem to work.

Not much I can add to this in terms of design, and I'm a bit pressed for time to have a proper look at the product. It's good, clean, pleasing to the eye design though.

As for coding I would advise you to move to XHTML and make sure your code validates with W3C validator (http://validator.w3.org), this would probably mean a shift away from design using tables to div tags to hold content and css to manipulate the actual look and feel of design - standards based design is fast-becoming a pre-requisite of the professional web designer.

Nice, good clean structure, with a good balance of colour and images. Pages are short and to the point. Notice the use of PHP variables in the address bar, I take it you are using those incredible templating tools called include() and require(), save a nightmare updating the site template later on if need be.

I'm impressed, although I do have one suggestion, fix the 9 errors in your code to ensure the best results!

Thanks for the feedback on the website. The good news is that I took many people's advice and decided to make it a whole lot more professional. I got some web dev buddies of mine to have a go and you can now see the results.

Thanks for reviewing some other sites, JJ. I think the top part of your site looks good. You've got a nice light look and feel and a good logo (although I'm not really sure what the thermometer is there for...maybe a lock would be a more fitting metaphor).

Then I scroll down and things start to get messy. There are lots of boxes there and I don't really know what they're for at first glance because there are no headers. I think this would be better if there was a navigation menu to take users to separate pages on how it works, download, and more importantly, how you get the information about what is safe and what is not? Do sites just register themselves and then become labelled as safe? How do you know what is and is not safe?

I like the site. It looks good. The logo is nice and the design is clean.

You need a clearer call to action. The download link has to pop straight up to my face. Not literally, but it has to be much larger and should probably be all over the place. I would put FREE DOWNLOAD - CLICK HERE all over the page.

I would also like a bit of information about how the application actually works.
