    <description> &lt;p&gt;Personaly I like ASP. PhP seems to be a language for personal web sites. But then again It is a self contained language. ASP is a little harder, and not many hosting companys support it. Remimber though, it is always a option.&lt;br /&gt;
OR! you can go rebel style and learn something like Perl. I spent 2 months on perl and bacicly masterd everything this bood tought me. Perl is simple and fast but a pain to configure and not that flexable.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;You will need some sort of server side language, PHP is good.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;take a look at hotscripts.com you should be able to find a script ready to use, no use reinventing the wheel&lt;br /&gt;
The main thing you want is a check on all pages the person is logged in, usually done with cookies.&lt;br /&gt;
Don&#039;t use anything Javascript based because if the person has Javascript disabled they can see the restricted stuff.&lt;/p&gt;
