Simple! You just cut up the image to a lot of little squares and make them links. Or at least that’s how I would do it. Or worst comes to worst... I would do it in flash. But it would appear that our friend here has not done either of those.... I am also curious.
On a slightly different note. I looked at the source and I think I'm going to be sick!! I'm surprised the page even gets displayed. Extremely unprofessional!! WOW! I'm almost speechless!!

I personally like the site layout, it's a breeze to navigate as I'm sure you're aware. You also chose well with the colour scheme (sorry to point out the obvious).

On mouseover, your links seem to go even less visible; my only suggestion for now would be to make them more visible - eg. a stronger orange.

No, you've only reviewed 2. You have 6 posts in the Website critique area, two are in this thread, one is asking for your own review on another site. That leaves three other posts, two of which are in the same thread. So you have only reviewed 2 other sites yet left two requests of your own. The agreement asks that you review at least three other sites each time you post a request. If you can't be bothered to help others out then they won't want to help you either.
