you likely need to change the permissions on your folder containing the files....

could be iis problem...

Are you trying to view the pages directly, i.e. http://sitename/page.htm or just the directory http://sitename/ ? If the later, then you need to make sure that you have an index page, usually index.htm or index.html in that directory. You probably need to check the webroot permissions, chmod the directory to 755 (7 - owner has all, 5 - owner's group has read/execute, 5 - everyone has read/execute).
