To dark and not very professional looking. Depends on who your target audience is thought, if its 16-17 year old computer gurus you may be alright.

I agree about the darkness. You could at least add a colour of some sort to give it some dimension. I also think that the layout is very dull and boxy looking. This whole practice of putting text inside boxes inside boxes is pretty ugly IMO.

The header graphic also needs to be reworked. Those faded out graphics in the background aren't working. The whole thing is choppy and bland.

It's some generic latin text that is traditionally used as filler by graphic designers. That site explains it well.

My only thought is that it is a little gray and dark.

Even the images at the top are pretty dark.

Just my opinion,
