    <description> &lt;p&gt;Easy?  Use a 3rd party like Blogger.com.  Nothing to install and blogger is quite feature rich and allow multiple authorized users.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another option:  This technically isn&#039;t a blog but it is a simple news management system I use on several of my sites, which also allows multiple users.  Check out &lt;a href=&quot;http://cutephp.com/cutenews/&quot; class=&quot;bb-url&quot;&gt;http://cutephp.com/cutenews/&lt;/a&gt; .  It&#039;s a no-hassle install but you need php.
