the gradient isn't inspired, especially when you have it all over the place. The imaes are faded. Maybe a little contrast would do good.

I'm not a big fan of the background.
why are some of the headings graphics? Unnecessary.
The border is lame.
The centering is too.

I get the sense that http://www.karenzhealthbeauty.com/indexb.html is supposed to be the main page. Don't make folks have to wade through 2 pages of garbage to get to it.

I also recommend getting rid of the tacky animations.
